This island is an earthly paradise to enjoy the beach, its landscapes and water activities. You can find Grande Island just an hour and a half from Portobelo. The largest and extensive of a series of islands belonging to Colón Province, located in the Caribbean Sea. |

 From Panama City you can travel on bus to Sabanitas y from there arrive to Guaira and from there board a cayuco (small boat) that will take you to Grande Island in five minutes. Once there you will have the chance of enjoying beautiful landscapes, a pictoresque island surrounded by coral reefs ideal for fishing, diving, water skiing, snorkeling. It only one beautiful beach called La Punta and is one of the best places for surfing in the province. We recommend you to visit the mangroves close to the coast; it is an experience within itself. |
