  Observation of Birds in the Metropolitano Natural Park  
     
  One of the few natural parks located in a metropolitan area.  
  The Metropolitan National Park is located just outside of Panama City. It is one of the places where you can breath fresh and pure air. The park has 232 hectares in extension and it is one of the few Natural Parks within the Metropolitan area in Latin America.


Attractions of the Metropolitan Natural Park:

Los Trinos Observation Tower:
Ideal for bird watching, located in the Mono Titi Route. You will be able to enjoy the melodies of a variety of birds.


Cedar Hill Point 66:
Located 140 meters above sea level. From this site you can see the area of Dorado, Clayton and the two Natioanl Parks that connect the Metropolitan Natural Park.

Cedar Hill:
This is the highest point of the park located 150 meters above sea level. You can observe the islands of Naos, Flamenco, Taboguilla and Taboga as well as the entrance to the Pacific side of the Panama Canal, the Las Americas bridge and the Cerro Ancón.
