The province of Los Santos is located in the Azuero Peninsula in Panama´s central region in the Pacific coast. It is an ideal destination for nature lovers, especially for ecological and adventure tourism. From the capital you will be able to travel through the Inter-American Highway to the city of Las Tablas and from here travel to Pedasí. In any of these towns and along the coast of the province to Veraguas, you will find the best beaches for surfers. It is a tour designed to enjoy the sun, sea, diversity of beaches, navigation, diving, fishing, as well as the enjoyment of other attractions in the region.
Beaches begins in Pedasí, and continues through all of Tonosí to the end of the Cambutal Highway. This area has great waves, including beach breaks and point breaks and works with any type of waves, both 4 and 5 and maximum of 15 to 20 feet.
Among the prefered beaches are: Lagarto Beach, El Todo, Destiladros, Ciruelo, Venao, Madroño, and Raya Beach. Of these, Venao Beach is one of the most famous in Panama and where a number of international surfing competitions are held.
